I had alar-rim lifting surgery here, and I bruise very easily... Also, I had been sick and tired of the hospital downplaying swelling so much, but they said it would be barely visible from the outside, and honestly nobody noticed I had no downtime. My nostrils only felt a little puffy..? It went down after a week... To other people, the alar rim lifting doesn't stand out much, but if you feel you need even 1 to 2 mm of alar-rim lifting for your own peace of mind, I recommend it.
