When there’s a worried patient sitting in front of you, sharing that worry together, looking for even one more photo of a similar case to show them, and making even a single sentence sound reassuring to the patient, I learned a lot from the doctor’s and manager’s attitude and mindset. I didn’t have surgery at this clinic, but you could really see sincerity in the way they treated people. Good!
