I had a consultation after making a reservation. I had to wait a long time, but unlike other hospitals, the doctor didn't come out in the middle of surgery to do consultations, so even though I waited a long time, that made it seem trustworthy. I also got a CT scan and then had the consultation, and the doctor looked at the CT and explained many things in detail. However, during the manager's consultation... they pushed me way too hard to pay in cash that day? And is there really still a clinic nowadays where the reservation deposit is non-refundable???? I don't get it. Even if some places charge for the doctor's consultation, not returning the deposit is ridiculous. It's not like I canceled on the same day or even a week before. This part was really bad.
