Honestly, I only went in for a consultation, but the doctor was very kind and looked everything over thoroughly and precisely, and I liked that he told me what was and wasn't possible. However, the consultation director wasn't unfriendly exactly, but there was nothing particularly friendly either. They show you virtual plastic surgery on something like a pad.
