I went because they said they would do it naturally, but they recommended an osteotomy that other clinics did not specifically suggest. At other clinics they said there was no need to do it because it would lift with silicone anyway, but here they recommended an osteotomy and nostril reduction. I visited several places, and this was the one that recommended the most things; it was okay, but it was not the most appealing.
