I did not originally want very large breasts; I just wanted some natural volume suited to my body type, so I kept emphasizing that during the consultation. After looking into various implants, I chose Motiva Demi, and rather than choosing the largest size no matter what, I chose one that suited the breasts I already had. On the day of surgery, once it was over, I woke from anesthesia feeling clear-headed and went home to rest. The pain was not at the level of hurting all day
