I had breast surgery three years ago, and at the time I chose an inexpensive clinic to save some money. But afterward, the shape on each side was subtly different, and the edges of the implants were so visible that I felt self-conscious even when getting dressed. At first I thought it would improve with time, but even after three years, there was no significant change.
