I didn't feel that either the manager or the director were particularly friendly. They drew the eye design and explained it professionally, which tempted me. They recommended parts that other clinics had not recommended. The clinic had not been open for long, so it was pretty clean. The sofa was a bit... old-fashioned...? Uncomfortable.
