The front desk and head counselor were just so-so in terms of kindness, but the consultation with the chief director was really good. His accurate assessment of the problems and even the improvement plan won me over immediately, but I’m hesitating because there isn’t much information and I saw some bad reviews. The hospital is clean and the guidance is quick. The waiting time wasn’t long.
