I understood that there would be a little waiting even if you had a time reservation. But isn't it too much to wait 30 minutes after filling out the chart and taking photos?? When I asked the staff, they said I had to wait a bit longer, so I just left. The staff weren't really my style either, so I left feeling annoyed. I guess because the place is so successful, it just wasn't meant to be for me.
