The entire building was a hospital, but the actual space was small, so there was no room to spare in the waiting room... I consulted with Dr. Kim, and the consultation lasted about 7 minutes. The manager didn't seem very professional, but she was kind, and I liked that she explained the post-op schedule in detail.
