The fact that there are CCTV cameras in the operating room really makes me trust it, especially these days with concerns about surrogate doctors and things like that Since it's definitely a big hospital, the staff kindness and facilities were both so clean, and even though the doctors must be busy, they didn't brush anything off, explained side effects accurately, and even asked if I had any more questions, which I really liked.
