As for the doctor’s kindness.. well It just felt formal, like “I’ll do it like this and like this. That’s it.” Not especially detailed or gentle.. more like just roughly? As for the staff’s kindness.. the managers were chatting among themselves, and the other staff were all over the place There was no neat feeling at all. The facility was.. only big on the outside and clean.
