The building is big, there are many staff, and they're kind. The consultation was extremely brief. I had my eyes and nose done together, and because they woke me up in the middle, I was able to confirm it wasn't a substitute doctor but the doctor I had consulted with who was doing my eyes. Even though it's not even been 5 years, the incision came apart twice (I had one aftercare repair in between). I'm considering a revision, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
