I don't really remember because there wasn't much negative feedback... The cost was tempting, but honestly if it's too cheap, that also makes me uneasy. I didn't feel fully convinced. Being able to check the surgery through a webcam is really attractive and nice, but the reviews are all over the place, and after going in person for a consultation, I'm still not sure.
