I visited for an eye and nose consultation, and I don't know which director it was, but the consultation was kind, yet somehow one-sided and stiff. It felt average rather than trustworthy?? The manager was nice too, but how should I put it, they started from the assumption that it would be expensive, so it was just so-so. It felt neither good nor bad.
