I went in for a consultation for a bulbous nose. The doctor was very kind and spoke very honestly and objectively about the surgical results without exaggeration, which made me trust him. The consultation manager was not unfriendly, but felt a bit... awkward. Since I was going there to consult with the doctor anyway, it did not bother me much.
