The director really gave me a long and detailed consultation. He talked about so many things that I almost wondered if it was okay to spend that much time on me, and he listened really well too. By contrast, talking with the manager was completely awkward every time I asked something... It was the kind of way of speaking that made me feel embarrassed. I was paying for the consultation too, so I even wondered if I really had to be treated like this. I felt this part could be very hit or miss. The other front-desk staff were kind on the phone too, I think.
