While I was trying hard to solve my breast complex, I applied after seeing an ad that TL was selecting breast models. I was recommended silicone, but I had a strong aversion to implants, so I went ahead with autologous fat grafting. I was selected as a model, but the cost benefit was only a small discount, so when I shopped around at other hospitals it was a similar price. Even though it was a large hospital, the surgery fee was the same, so I thought it wasn't bad. It was done in two stages, and the fat was harvested separately each time without freezing in order to increase the take rate. I mentioned worrying about complications, so I wonder if they really did the surgery only very minimally... After the first surgery, even immediately afterward there was no increase in breast volume at all, and I was shocked.. For the second time I asked them to definitely do more, and they grafted more than in the first surgery. It seems like they could have done that much even the first time.. When I think about all the trouble and the money I spent, I feel very disappointed. It's now been about 6 months since the second procedure, and my breasts have almost gone back to how they were before surgery. I absolutely do not recommend this surgery. And as for the doctor's skill, there is no need to judge it, because the result is all that matters and I had the surgery safely without any major problem. But the hospital staff level was really... The breast team staff were polite and seemed professional, but the people at the floor reception with staff from other centers seemed like they had no professional spirit and were there just to fight for status. Being rude to patients goes without saying, but why should patients feel uncomfortable because staff are fighting among themselves? And I also got the strong feeling that the hospital was hiding a lot. They didn't even want to give me the prescription for the patient. Why was the person who prescribed the medicine a dentist? The hospital system is a total mess. It's only big on the outside..
