I know the director has a lot of experience, but it's hard to trust the consultation manager's claim that there has never been even a single side effect. It might have been better if they had said something like, there were cases like this and that, but the hospital handled them well. And they seemed to be pushing lower blepharoplasty excessively, which put me off. The expensive surgery fee was just the icing on the cake.
