This hospital no longer exists, but I had my first nose surgery here in 2020. Even though there was no notice before the surgery that if the septal cartilage was insufficient it could end up like this, they put the silicone bridge in much higher than what was discussed in consultation, and for the tip they inserted artificial dermis because they said there wasn't enough septal cartilage. Even if the surgery result had been good, that would have been lucky, but right after surgery the columella was severely twisted, and when I got a CT at another hospital, my nose was badly bent and the cartilage was protruding to the point that it was visible and palpable inside the nostrils, causing complications.. Even the nasal tip implant had sagged a lot. It wasn't a nose with no bridge, and my original nose was already high, but because they put it in too high, my eyes became pulled together and I had a hard time with the autologous dermis that stuck during this revision surgery. I'm so, so angry and heartbroken..
