I did not need an incision for my nose, but they made an incision anyway and ended up making the bridge uneven. My bridge was already high, so there was nothing I could do about that, and they made the tip too pointed, so I had to pay another clinic to remove it. It is one of the surgeries I regret the most ... I want to turn back time
