I had nose surgery at another hospital before, but it got inflamed, so I lived after removing the silicone. I wanted to do osteotomy and refine the line without an implant, so after a consultation I had surgery. I had bilateral nasal bone osteotomy without an implant, hump correction, and added septal cartilage to the nasal tip. I am satisfied and it turned out pretty well. The fact that the hospital suddenly disappeared was a bit shocking, but still it was okay.
