It felt like the special kind of friendliness that plastic surgery managers have. The hospital was really big, the facilities were nice, and it was comfortable to wait. It felt like they were recommending more nose surgery than I had originally planned. I only wanted alar reduction, but they said that wasn’t it. I do think that can vary by doctor, so I understood.
