I had my first surgery here in 2018 and the revision in 2020. The eye canthoplasty on the outer corners is uneven, and the left side opened too much in a D shape, so I had a revision to make it less opened again. When I had nose surgery, they used ear cartilage, but it came apart and they re-stitched it under local anesthesia. For the first nose surgery they used mesh, ear cartilage, and silicone, but the shape of the nose didn't improve at all. About a year after the surgery, the mesh poked out toward the mucous membrane inside the nostril, so they only removed the mesh. About 6 months later, another director at the same hospital said they would improve the shape and remove the mesh and do a revision, so I had a nose revision with another director. In the end, for the eye outer-corner surgery, it opened too much on the left so I had a re-suturing/revision, and for the nose surgery there was no shape improvement, the mesh came out and was removed, and another director did the revision.
