I went for a consultation because my cheekbones were really bothering me. The manager looked at me and immediately said I didn’t really have prominent cheekbones, so they were skeptical about surgery, and the director said my cheekbones would only have a small effect, but still said they were good bones for surgery and that since there was space below, they could add that much. While saying that, they used their hands to show how much smaller it would get, and I quite liked that. From other reviews, it seems the director says not to do the surgery and the manager says still
