This was the first hospital I visited while I was doing all the legwork for my first surgery, and it was a place where someone I know had surgery, so I went through an introduction. First of all, the staff were extremely unfriendly, and even during processes like getting the CT scan I could really feel how unfriendly they were. The image I had of the clinic itself was that, beyond just the doctor and surgery, there should be aftercare and all sorts of other things too, but it gave me a feeling that I really didn't want to come back. The doctor seemed very confident about the surgery, but I didn't really get a good feeling from it. There were not many people at the clinic, so the atmosphere was a bit cold.
