First I got a CT scan, then waited and had the consultation. I didn't especially feel that they were unfriendly. In the consultation, the director didn't just start talking nonstop, but answered when I asked about what I was curious about. He seemed confident, and because I had heard a lot of good things about them, I felt I could trust them.
