First of all, you explained even the smallest things really well, and you also explained things I did not know about very well! Honestly, I did expect a high quality because you are the main director, but the consultation went beyond even that level of quality.. Other hospitals could not explain the reason for my always-uncomfortable chin, but when you pointed it out after looking at the CT structure and X-ray results and explained that it became this way because of that, I cannot forget the chills I felt then.
