I ended up with a snub nose. I also used 3D silicone, but it was too thick and could not correct the bulbous tip at all, it was a mess, and the columella collapsed too. They said I should also get cat-eye surgery, so I did, but when I got a CT at another hospital, they said it was hardly visible and looked like it was barely put in. The balance between the bridge and tip was also off, and they set the starting point of the bridge incorrectly, so I now look more masculine, and I have a lot to say, but since I was going to have revision anyway, I want to go to another hospital and have it done nicely. Sigh. Anyway.
