I arrived at the appointment time, but I had to wait a little. The consultation staff were kind to me. I went straight into a consultation with the director. They emphasized natural results, and that matched the direction I had in mind, so I felt strongly inclined to go with them. They looked at me carefully, but when they designed the line, they set it in a way that felt different from the explanation about pursuing naturalness. I just let it pass, but I wish I had asked about it.
