In the end, I decided on straightening it with the septum and putting ear cartilage at the tip on the day of surgery. The surgery still went smoothly, and here there isn’t really a concept of a dedicated manager, so it feels like all the staff take care of me together. Please note that the hospital is closed on Sundays, so if any problem comes up, you may not be able to reach them at all. I like the overall design. Before surgery, I especially wanted my nostrils and bridge to be improved, but the tip shape really hardly changed. A lot of the old shape remains. So overall, I think this hospital suits people who don’t get greedy and want only very slight improvement. Otherwise, I think it’s better not to even put it on your list. And what I’m dissatisfied with now is that, maybe because of swelling, I told them on the day the stitches were removed that it seemed like my nostrils were uneven, and they had such a casual attitude like, 'Then just get a revision~' that I feel the doctor himself is kind of not great.
