It was quite a long time ago, so I do not remember well, but they were definitely very careful and the tone of the consultation was kind. They picked up well on what I disliked, but somehow they did not speak in a firm or straightforward way!!! I had never done it before, so I was wondering if I really could trust them and do it here??? That part was a little bothering me, so I did not choose this place. Personally, the consultation was thorough, but they gave the patient a lot of freedom and did not have a very forceful style
