The consultation manager is really awful... I think they were a deputy manager, and their tone, pushing for a deposit, and so on all needed urgent improvement. I wanted to change to a different consultation staff member. Still, the visible results already looked really good. The doctor clearly had confidence in the work he does. He also actively recommended other procedures. The only worrying part is that the cost is extremely high. At least twice the price of the first surgery
