Before the consultation, I had confirmed through several reviews that they use a surgical method that leaves a lot more scarring than other clinics do (in terms of incision length), but from the very start of the consultation, the director kept talking a lot about the surgical method and the scars. They were laying the groundwork about scars a lot, saying things like, "You're trading the scar for the stress you're currently under" and "Your mom will know, but your dad won't," so personally I did not find it very trustworthy.
