The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager. I was talking with the manager and waiting to see the director, but I do not know if the consultation before me took a long time or if there was surgery, but I ended up waiting a while. After the consultation, I felt trust because the director had confidence and pride, and explained well what could be done while also clearly saying what was impossible.
