First of all, the doctor's consultation was the most detailed and specific explanation of my current condition out of all the hospitals I've been to so far. There was a lot I hadn't heard at previous hospitals, and I liked that they even showed me mockups tailored to my situation. Their aesthetic sense felt a little different from mine, with a somewhat sharp impression, so it seemed like we needed to adjust our opinions. I mentioned that at the end, and they also tried to reflect what I wanted. What I wanted was extremely natural, so from the consultation alone I was very satisfied with how they balanced what was possible, what was not possible, and what could be compromised on. I don't know if the staff are friendly or not. They aren't rude, but there's a somewhat off feeling. And their KakaoTalk response is slow... Even before surgery, it's like this, so if I do it here and then later on?? I was a little worried because of that. This is the first place where the doctor is friendlier than the manager and staff. Anyway, you're doing it based on the doctor, but still.... But seeing how people keep talking about the staff's friendliness, I guess I'm not the only one who feels that way.
