Among the places I've been to, I think this was where I spent the most relaxed time talking with the director. The doctor had a very cheerful vibe. I went for a consultation with Director Yoon Seok-ho because he's known for lower blepharoplasty and difficult eye surgery, and he explained things in detail while showing me materials that organized case examples from his blog. He analyzed my eyes in detail and told me the list of surgeries I would need, and out of all the consultations I've had so far, this was the place that recommended the most items. Especially, this was the first place that suggested doing external canthus fixation? (I'm not exactly sure of the name. It felt like a mini lower blepharoplasty) together with lower blepharoplasty. He recommended keeping the line not too high, with a semi-out look. He repeatedly emphasized that my eyes are difficult to operate on: my eye-opening strength is weak, the upper area above my eyes is more sunken than my peers', and the front corners are sharp. So to compensate for these issues, he recommended incision double eyelid surgery + upper canthoplasty + upper eyelid fat repositioning. He strongly said buried sutures would not work and that incision was necessary. The cost was more than I expected, so I put it on hold for now.
