It has been about 2 years since I had epicanthoplasty. The doctor was very clear about what could be done and what could not, so I decided to have surgery here. Before surgery, my condition was already quite bad, and the scar was large and severe, so I never expected it to disappear completely from the start. I just thought it would be good if it got better than it is now, but the size has definitely gotten much smaller than the original scar and it has improved a lot. That said, it did not become a 100% perfect epicanthoplasty or make the scar disappear, but I had already heard that in the consultation and expected it, so I am satisfied.
