I had the consultation right away with almost no wait. The doctor is quite honest. The clinic is clean and spacious. It feels comfortable. However, they did not seem to check the chart much, which was a little concerning. It is a reverse-rotation clinic. I went in because there were some reviews, and it seems like they tend to prefer undercorrection over overcorrection. Looking at the before-and-after photos, there is almost no change, so I think I would be satisfied if other people do not notice and it just gets refined a bit. The location is convenient. I am not sure about the staff... I think there is also a dermatology department!
