I had chin liposuction a year and a half ago. I thought doing the full thing would be a disaster, and even though there was fat elsewhere too, I just did the chin. Looking back now, it was really a good decision... I did not really have any side effects, and the surgery itself felt light. Recovery was fast, and this is at a level I can recommend without much burden.
