I had facial lipo, and setting aside the double chin, they unnecessarily made a hole near the corner of my mouth to remove fat. But a wrinkle formed where the fat was removed near my mouth. So when I talk or smile, I get a huge vertical wrinkle, and it's extremely stressful. I looked into it a lot, and that area has no answer other than a facelift. I still don't know why they took it out. Ugh.
