When I asked about the aesthetic side during the doctor consultation, they answered, "I’ll take care of that myself." They didn’t say anything about usable cartilage, how many mm, or the surgical method by looking at the CT, and suddenly recommended functional nose surgery along with rhinitis surgery. The consultation manager was also so frustrating, and when I asked before meeting the doctor, "Can I ask whether this shape is possible?" they replied, "No, the director will look first and tell you. "
