Since it was my first consultation for nose surgery, I went in not knowing much, but they kept saying I had to do this and that and kept adding options, which felt a bit burdensome. And while looking at my face, they said I had a masculine look, my nose was broad, and my face looked spread out overall, and they talked as if I had a serious face that needed plastic surgery, which made me feel uncomfortable.
