The doctor explained nose surgery in great detail. Since I didn’t really know the pros and cons of using an implant versus not using one, he explained everything one by one, and said he would raise the tip with a septal graft and ear cartilage, and use rib cartilage if there wasn’t enough. He emphasized putting in silicone, so I skipped it.. but if I had had the courage to use an implant, I think I would have had surgery here. It was a hospital where I felt the doctor had a lot of professional knowledge and good skill.
