The doctor had a good impression and explained things well, and seemed confident, but they talked as if everything could be done, so I was a little worried. Still, they spoke kindly. There were quite a lot of people waiting, but even so they explained things slowly and well. More than anything, the consultation manager here speaks very calmly and well. But they were a little too obviously artificial, so I was a bit startled, but they explained things in an easy-to-understand way and spoke without making me anxious, which did make them feel trustworthy. So nervous
