It has been about three months since my breast augmentation. From the day of surgery through about day three, the pain was severe; I also felt a lot of heaviness and pressure. After about a week, the pain went away, and apart from the heaviness, there was no particular discomfort. I chose an inframammary incision because I had heard many times that the shape comes out prettier and there is less pain than with a transaxillary incision. I consistently attended postoperative care according to schedule, and communication with the consultant was good. Now the shape and feel have become much more natural, so I look natural even wearing a bikini without inserts.
