Motiva Preserve seems to be showing up a lot these days, so while I was getting a regular breast augmentation consultation I also got a consultation for Preserve. First of all, during the consultation they didn't recommend a large size; instead they looked at my breast pocket, skin thickness, and current shape, and explained the sizes that would be possible. I was told Preserve is a method that preserves as much tissue as possible, so recovery and pain might be a bit less, but I think I'll only know that after actually having the surgery. Size
