I made a reservation and went, but the consultation was delayed far beyond the scheduled time. They also kept me waiting too long inside the consultation room, and when I tried to leave because I also had another hospital consultation appointment, they held me back in a way that felt very pushy, which was uncomfortable.. They advertise a lot and it does seem like the textbook example of a large hospital, but for me it feels like a factory-style place and a mismatch. Everyone has different needs, but the counter staff were so rude that they practically blocked me from leaving
