The whole building was basically DA, and even the waiting area felt like a packed market.. There were really a lot of people, and a lot of foreigners too. I went for facial contouring consultation, but I only got to consult with the surgeon and left without getting a quote because I had waited too long and ran out of time The director did not even pass along the estimate, and it felt like they might not manage things properly and carefully.
